Kulturë is a personal cookbook about reclaiming values on family and tradition. It features short chapters of my favorite family recipes as a child living between Sarandë and my village in the mountains of Krioneri.
The cookbook contains 22 chapters of recipes. The structure of recipes are organized by season to reflect the seasonal eating habits of locals in Albania. Each recipe is introduced with a narrative about the role that dish plays in Albanian cuisine and culture.
