ESQUIRE MAGAZINE LOGOTYPE
BUERO NEW YORK AGENCY
Esquire is an American men's magazine published by Hearst Communications.
Working with creative director Alex Wiederin, I created the logotype, typography, Esky symbols, and stationery for Esquire Magazine’s new look—inspired by Esquire’s classic era. The redesign was first published in the March 2017 issue.
The Esquire "Esky" created by cartoonists E. Simms Campbell and Sam Berman became an acclaimed magazine mascot. The Esky was featured on covers from the 1930s to the 1960s. The redesign intended to revive the Esky with a modern, fresh look.
